Blest Coffee Return and Refund Policy

At Blest Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. If you have any concerns about your order, please review our detailed return and refund policy below.

1. Products Eligible for Return or Refund

Due to the nature of our product, we only accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The received order is incorrect (e.g., wrong type of beans, coffee origin, or packaging).

Note: We do not accept returns if the packaging has been opened or the product has been consumed, except in cases of clear quality defects.

2. Timeframe to Request a Return

If you need to return a product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. After this period, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our customer service team at info@blestcoffee.net with the subject line «Return» or «Refund.» Include your order number, reason for the request, and attach photos if possible.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
  3. Once we receive the returned product, we will notify you of your refund status.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error or if the product arrived damaged, Blest Coffee will cover the return shipping costs.
  • In other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once the return is approved and we have received the product, we will process your refund within 7 business days through the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.

6. Exceptions

For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they present visible defects or the order was incorrect.
